Top Up Services

Our service enables you to transfer prepaid credit to a recipient’s mobile account. This credit can be used according to the rules and pricing set by the recipient’s mobile operator.

Please double-check all information, especially the recipient’s mobile number and operator, before confirming tranaction.

Top-Ups are typically delivered within moments, though delays may occasionally occur due to network congestion, technical issues, or third-party system outages. While we aim for real-time delivery, Platform does not guarantee immediate credit transfer in all circumstances.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s mobile number, country, and operator, are entered correctly.

Before completing, a summary of the transaction will be shown. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of these details.

After completing a top up, you will receive confirmation via Platform or email. It is your responsibility to retain this record as proof of the transaction.

Once credit is delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient’s mobile network provider. The use, validity, and expiration of credit is subject to the operator’s terms. We have no control over how the credit is used or applied once delivered.

Refunds

We aim to provide a reliable and seamless service. However, if you do not receive the mobile credit you paid for, you may be eligible for a refund after a full investigation is conducted to confirm that the credit was not delivered.

Incomplete requests may result in a delay or denial of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction. If you paid by card, the refund will be made to the same card. We cannot issue refunds to a different account, card, or in cash.
